Tailshaft seal leaking again 200

Howdy All...

About 4 months ago, I replaced my tailshaft seal due to leakage. Yesterday I noticed that it is starting to leak again. Besides possibly needing a a new tailshaft bearing (doesn't make any clunck on load), any other reasons for it leaking again? Trans fluid level is right on the money.

Any ideas??
