940 front end shimmy 900 1993

My '93 940 Wagon has an irritating front end shimmy at a speed range of 45-52 mph. The ball joints, strut rod bushings, tie rods (inner and outer), struts and tires are new in the last 4 months. The rims are true and the tire balance has been re-checked. If I put a crow bar on various points in the steering and suspension, I get no appreciable movement. Have I overlooked something?
