This has already been posted on turbobricks. I figured people here might also be interested. I hacked up 2 240 grills in order to make the headlight surronds. As you can see im still working on getting everything to line up. I'm also going to add a backing to cover up the mechanical bits behind the headlights. Over all I'm satisfied with the look.
