I started Friday afternoon and finished Saturday afternoon. I believe I have a better harness than Factory original. I previously made a wiring diagram. I laid the factory original alongside my harness, to be sure it was 100% the same length wires, etc. I used OEM Volvo Wire appropriate color codes and black plastic sleeves from the interior of various Wrecks. The stuff is fresh and nice. I wrapped all wires that would be next to the engine in Al foil, then put the sleeve over it. I sealed the ends with Heat Shrink Tubing to prevent water, road grime, fuel, oil, etc. from getting in there. I used 6 90 degree connectors for strain relief. I soldered and crimped all connectors.
I am well satisfied.
