960 2.9 L good buy? 900 1993

Greetings all

I am thinking of buying a '93 960 wagon ( 2.9 24 valve ).
I currently own a '84 240 wagon 210k, '91 240 sedan 180k, and a '94 940 wagon 125k.
Does anyone have any info on these 6 cyl engines? The wagon in question is a clean one owner 120k leather, sun roof, roof rack, alloy wheels etc. I have been driving volvos for 22 years never had one in the shop. I do my own repairs and maint (bought the 84 new). I am very comfortable with the car in general, I just dont have any info on reliability and any shortcomings of this drive train. Seller is asking $2800.00
As allways any input is appreciated..
