'91 940 B230FT into a '91 240 200

Hello , I recently purhcased a very nice rust free '91 240 from the junk yard , runs great but the trans. slips. I have at my disposal a '91 940T that my brother wrecked.The plan is to transplant the B230FT with AW71 into the 240 . Was wondering if anyone else had done this peticular swap and what the differances are in the two systems.I think they both use the LH 2.4 but what about the ignition sys., fuse box location etc.? Thanks much for any input B.G.
