OD solenoid identification question 200

Our 89 240 automatic has been droping out of OD randomly. I want to try to easiest and cheapest option first which is to try and re flow the relay sloders. I removode this relay from just below the center air vents per instructions I found in a search. It was mounted on its side. But im not sure this is the right relay. Can someone please confirm. Thanks for your help.
