I'm not sure, but there may be another cause of OD "drop out".
That would be the fuse, where marginal conditions (fuse oxidation, loose contacts, etc.) could result in a loss of voltage to the relay.
I don't know for a fact that this type of "toggling" relay will change state if input voltage is lost -- but if so, it's output would switch to "ground". This would light the Arrow light and drop the solenoid.
Thought I'd mention this in case the soldering has no effect.
BTW, both relay numbers are OK. They evolve, and FCP's number supecedes yours.
