need help with finding a part 700 1987

Im not sure which part i need, but its something with the power steering. I was just driving along, minding my own business when something metallic fell out of my car. The power steering is dead now. I see that there is a belt around 2 pulleys, and im guessing there was a 3rd one that fell out. Does anyone know what these pulleys are called? and info about how the power steering works would be helpful.
