The belt is around the main engine pulley and the water pump and power steering. You either lost the water pump (mounted on left front of engine) pulley or power steering pump pulley (mounted on bracket at lower left; looking at engine). In either case you won't have power steering and will have an overheating engine.

You need to look at the FAQ section of this board and get a book to learn the basics and get maintenance tips you need.
