142s project car.. is it worth it?? 200

Hi all, ive just seen a 142S in a trading post, in AUstralia- in good nick, lowered with power windows, new interior and twin carbs.. for about $900AUD, i think ill go and have a look at it. Thinking about it for a little project car.. What do you people think?

OH also, can a dash from a 240 be transferred into a 142?? I just dont like the 142 interior/ dash all that much. Any help would be great.
