A/C blows fuse 200 1986

My second question about the electrical system so I am obviously challenged. Thanks for the advice on the headlight relay.....which worked. Summer approaches here in North Texas (also knows as hell-lite). Had the A/C system charged last year, now it seems the A/C continually blows the fuse, which I DO KNOW also includes power windows, hazard flasher, and maybe backup lights (fuzzy there). Any electrical geniuses that have advice on that one as to why it would keep blowing the fuse?
