Seeking advice for rebuilding a proportioning valve 900 1994

I found that the brake fluid is seeping out from proportioning valve. I'm planning to change brake fluid soon, so I'd like to rebuild the valve at the same time. Is there anything that I should know in advance other than what's written in FAQ?
