Am trying to remove the steering box so I can rebuild it due to the fact that it has been leaking oil for a while now. Got the big nut off then gave the arm a couple of authoritative whacks with an old A frame bolt (known as a drift in this application) and a hand sledge. The arm didn't move, not even a bit. Before I broke anything I thought I'd post here for advice. Maybe I should take the oil out and put grease in. Wouldn't leak then, would it?
