ABS 10 Amp fuse in transient surge protector 200 1993

Help, looking for location of ABS 10 amp fuse in the transient surge protector.

For 1992-1993 models the service manual says it is located under left front seat. Well I have the left front seat (drivers seat) out and cannot find the fuse. And I removed the passenger's seat and didn't see the fuse.

Thinking it may be in the same location as in the 1991 models, I looked behind the glovebox - still could not locate that darn 10amp fuse.

Does anyone know where it is exactly?
