no lights- well sorta 200 1993

240DL-Drivers low beam headlight works- pass side low beam does not work or any parking lights-both high beams work- brake lights work-turn signals work-all fuses OK-Any clues? I am thinking the bulb failure relay-only parts of the relay are working? Help!!! Driving in the dark
