Noise when I step on brakes --- air vacuum sound? 200 1992

I just noticed a noise when I step on brakes --- air vacuum sound coming from the vent. I opened the hood and noticed my AMM was loose -- I reconnected but the noise was still there. Any ideas? what to look for?
