First Service S90-V90

I am about to service my '97 V90 3.0 204bhp for the first time and I was looking for a few pointers. What spak plug gap should i have for NGK's. Whats the best way to change the fuel filter, do I need to take out the fuel pump fuse and then start the car until the fuel runs out or is there a different way of doing it on these. I am using fully synthetic 0/40 castrol oil but care in mind its been run on 10/40 semi synth before. I plan to run on the fully synthetic then change the oil filter after 1000 miles to ensure it doesnt get clogged with dirt from the new better oil..what do other people think. Do these things have pollen filters and if so are they underneath the wiper housing befoe the bulkhead. Also lastly I will be changing the coolant soon although not yet also...can I get away with using any old blue coolant as long as its mixed right or should i use volvo or any other branded coolant??...opinions please...many thanks.
