Help! Can't find the big fat o-ring for k-jet injector! 200 1989

Greetings again,

I can't find anyone who does fuel injector service yet so I took out the injectors to change the seal as there was definitely a leak in all 4 injectors.

I have both the thin big o-ring and small fat o-ring in hand for each injectors. Unbolted the plastic injector holders. Pulled the injectors out with holders together. injectors was cloaked in sludge and oil. Saw the big thin o-ring on the plastic holder. Replaced those. But where is the small fat o-ring?

Is it hidden inside the plastic holder? I can see the injector valves can be unscrewed from the fuel line. I've tried unscrewing it out but it was stuck really tight. I then tried pushing the plastic holder down the injector but no luck there. It didn't budge a bit. I dare not use a hammer to hammer the holder down for fear of breaking the plastic holder. My parts guy don't have those in stock so I'll be in really big trouble if I do damage the holders. I tried putting the fat o-ring on the injector with it resting against the bottom of the plastic holder but I can't push the injector into the hole that way. Something is wrong.

I've had a look at the FAQ and through previous posts on this matter. It seems as if this was suppossed to be a real easy job. I'm stuck!
Help needed. Thanks so much
