hi guys, i havent posted in a while. recently, my dad got into a mishap hit a firehydrant and ended in a marsh a while back the bags deployed. the front end was a total mess but all in all the hes fine and so is the car. the majority of the damage was a split bumper and a bent bumper support. its all fixed but the car's horn goes off when i turn sometimes a short toot and sometimes a long whale. it did it after the accident, i put in a new bag, wheel, and clockspring from a junk yard. are the horn pads bad? it was fine for the first day (maybe i didnt test it all the way) what is wrong? is it in the steering column or the wiring of the horn system? thanks in advance for the help
