Cabin light help needed 900

Having difficulty getting the auto switch off my cabin light working. When I close the door, the cabin light stays on. When I manually check the door switches, 3 of them cause the cabin light to dim a little (but stays on), The driver's door does nothing. ANy thoughts on how to proceed to check the driver's door switch?
