Throttle body gets dirty quick 200

Throttle body gets dirty quick. Why?
1990 244 with out turbo. 192,000 miles. Idle is 625 RPM. Good compression, changed T. belt, dirty flame trap, fluids, hoses and thorough tune up. still continues getting dirty
