Emissions Fail 200 1983

I took my first emissions test the other day and my 1983 20 turbo failed.

It pass ed the CO but failed NOX and HydoCarbon.

My numbers were 8.10 on the Hydrocarbons and it si supposed to be under 2.00

My NOX readin gwias 4.21 and it needs to be below 3.70

Any ideas.

And please don't give me the run it hot around the block a few times...as I really want to fix my car.

What do these reading point to being the problem

Fuel?
