V6 in a 122 120-130

I am wanting to put a Chev 2.8-3.4L 60deg V6 in a 122 wagon. Extensive measuring says it will fit very nicely and the engine only weighs 15lbs more than a B18. Plenty of low-stress HP(160 or so)for hauling,towing,A/C,etc, plus a variety of manual and automatic trannies, most with overdrive. If anyone out there has done this swap I would love to hear from you. And, no, I don't want to hear from any nay-sayers.
