Getting sick of the brick! 200

i have an 85 244 turbo that is giving me the biggest headache. does anybody want to come to southern utah and give me $400 for this car? i am sure a good bricker could be on the road in like 5 minutes, but i can't seem to get it to run! was running great after a timing belt change a month ago. now, no start. good fuel, good spark, the fuel relay APPEARS to be fine, with good solder points and nothing loose. if i have a friend crank the engine after i have lifted the air flow plate twice or thrice, and then push it down whilst it is being cranked, it almost comes to life.

what turned out to be a project has turned into a big annoyance. my wife wants the car gone, (and probably me to go with it!), so i need to get this going and sold.

what could my problem be? remember, the car was running like a top one month ago. a hard start problem turned into a non-start headache. come on brickers, help me get this going and i'll send you each a nice postcard from the area.
