Hello All,

On eBay you will find this car and I figure someone from here will likely buy it.

Let's just say this stinks. As a certified brickhead, a resident of Ontario and a former car salesman I know a thing or two about Volvo's and how to sell one.

The car is being sold as unclaimed storage and the guy says he has the "car sellers buyers package". It's acutally called a used vehicle information package and that's what it is. Information only. It has no legal standing or bearing. He claims that is sufficent as proof of ownership. Abjectly wrong. I see that he's been questioned about that, and seems to think that he's in the right here. Truth is without the ownership, he can't legally sell the car and a buyer can't take posession of it.

Again buyer beware. Hope the guy can find the ownership by the time the auction finishes...
