Removing Fuel Filler Caps 1970

Hi All

I have two lockable filler caps, set of keys for the one and none for the other. Problem is that both filler caps are locked, and the keys that I have dont want to open them, or the lock is jammed and I cant turn it. Does anyone know how to get these caps off. I dont really want to call a locksmith, and cant drive the cars anywhere as I cant get fuel in. Is there a way of detaching the spout (the tube the filler cap fits onto), from the main tank.

Quick description of filler cap one (have keys for this one), looks like a hexagon (six sided), with flap to cover key whole.

Filler cap two (could have come off any other car), round and flat, no raised surfaces, just a spot to inser the key.

Hardened criminal are welcome to respond, knowing how to open filler caps without keys can come in handy one day :), and i would like to keep the filler caps in a workable condition, so using a screwdriver is not and option!
