Diesel Injector Nozzles

Hi all:

I'm hoping you Diesel Guys can help here. I am in the process of rebuilding the injectors in my two Turbo Diesels. I noticed that there are two Nozzle Part numbers available for the D24T.

0434 250 092 seems to be used in 1983 to 1984
0434 250 103 seems to be used in 1985 to 1986

I got this information directly from the Bosch Website. In my opinion, the key seems to be EGR. 1983-84 doesn't have it. 1985-86 does.

If that's the case, I will need a set of each. As I have a 1983 and a 1986.

Can anyone confirm this before I order?

What have you guys used to rebuild yours?

I have the equipment for checking cracking pressure and spray pattern. I have a source for the nozzles but not the adjusting shims. Does anyone know where I can get those?
