1985 240 Questions 200

I am the proud owner of a 1985 244 that has been modified into a "Sport Compact/Mini Stock" race car. I will be racing it on dirt as well as pavement. I have currently raced it 2 times (i have only had it for about a month). But it is highly competitive (strictly oval track racing so far) I am looking for suggestions on modifications that I could do to the car to enhance it's on track performance. I have already stripped the Power Steering assy out, and relocated the battery behind the driver's seat. The previous owner installed a "K" camshaft, and locked the differential. I am specifically interested in modifications (it would have to involve OEM Volvo parts, however not necessarily 1985 244 parts) to the ECU, Air Mass Meter, or Fuel injection system to increase the fuel and air intake. I am using the stock A/T (we race the car in 2nd vice Drive) but are looking for a different rear end we could install to allow us to run it in Drive, I have heard that a Dana 30 4.88 or 5.3 would be compatible, we might also consider a standard transmission (for the weight difference). I had thought of replacing the right side suspension pieces with newer or stiffer ones, to help the car lean over, thus improving the cornering. ANY THOUGHTS, SUGGESTIONS, or ADVICE welcome.
