240DL Wont Start? 200 1990

Hello All:

My 1990 240 DL wagon is rufusing to start! I have noticed for the past 2 months that the wagon takes longer and longer to start. Like the other fellow with the 240 starting problem-- the car was starting on the second or third try. Now, after I have not driven the car for about a week the car will not turn over. I added gas, charged the battery, and checked the fuses for the fuel pump. It seems like the car is not getting any gas to turn over...I was wondering if it could be the fuel pump or the secondary pump..

Any ideas are welcome..
