Help !!!!! with third seat 240DL wagon

Greetings!!

This is my first posting. Last month I bought my first Volvo .
A 1983 240dl wagon. 123 k. manual tranny.

My question is how do I fold the third Jump seat in the cargo area back into the floor well. As it is now, it is folded but it just won't close. It just won't move. !!

There must be a trick to this, (I hope). I've tried everything but it just won't budge.

Any ideas ???
