91 940 Turbo Wagon -- No power

Hi there:

Just took came back from a short night drive. The turbo works. It is much quieter than the turbos that I am used too. No loud whistle.

Fuel pump still really loud.

When I nail the accelerator from stop the car would accelerate and around 4000 to 4500 rpm, there would be a big jolt, sudden lost of power, feels like a car hitting a rev limiter.

Wonder if this has anything to do with the fuel pump.
