There's a gremlin in my electrical system (lights)

OK - I've been playing around with my rear/brake light socket (previous post). For a while, my brake light has been on the fritz and I looked in there and saw that the white socket had only one plastic prong left. I got a new one, but it wasn't fitting perfectly and I kept working it, perhaps wearing down the conductor tape on the printed circuit.

Anyway, now my brake lights work, but the rear light portion of the high level bulb is not illuminating. And I just got in the car and my interior dash and radio lights are out. Any ideas, besides the gremlins, of course?

Thanks. Perhaps I need a new printed circuit?

Regards,
pu
