stuck crankshaft pulley bolt 200 1988

I'm having a rather difficult time getting the crankshaft pulley bolt off my B230F.

Things are very rusty, so I'm not surprised that it's stuck. I installed the ipd crank pulley holder wrench, which is working great to keep the crank from turning.

However, I've had no luck getting the bolt free using an impact wrench or a 25" long breaker bar. In fact, the breaker bar was bending from the force I was applying. I'm putting so much force on it that I'm scared the motor will fall off the stand I've mounted it on :-(. Heat from a propane torch also has had no effect.

Any suggestions? Should I put the motor back in the engine bay so I can apply additional torque with the engine bolted to the vehicle chassis?
