Suspension changes: final years 200 1993

Volvo makes several references in their sales brochures to suspension changes made on the 240 series in the final years of production (1992-93). (maybe '91 too?) Specifically mentioned are bigger sway bars, changes to springs and shock design and other modifications all with the goal of improved ride, handling and noise reduction. Can anyone here provide any specifics on these changes? i.e.: sway bar diameter(s), what's different about the springs, etc? My own observation is that my '93 245 does handle better and corner flatter than the 1990 245 I had. It also appears to sit a little lower and the ride is a little softer than the '90.
Thanks!
