long shaft vibrate 200

i just changed the rubber mounting on the center long shaft.. the problem is, after i changed the rubber, the car (long shaft) vibrates between 30-40km/h ONLY and it is smooth on other speed... what is the problem?? is it normal?? do we have to let the rubber became a little bit flexible for some time (so that the vibration will go away by itself)?? i need your opinion on why it vibrate when got new rubber mounting... but there was no more noise as before...
