Power Window Relay? 200

Hey,
Today on my way home from work, the central consul started buzzing, so I gave the side of it a smack. When I tried to roll up my windows, it didn't work. So, I pulled over and changed out the fuse, it worked at first, the buzzing returned, and now I have intermittent (sp?) power windows. Is it a relay or can someone tell me how to make my windows manual again.
