COULD IT BE DIRTY FUEL INJECTORS? 200 1990

Hi. I have a 240 '90 wagon. I got it after it sat for a year without running. When I first drove it,it had a rough idle, but ran good at speed and gets 25mpg. I gave it new plugs, wires, rotor&cap, air filter and cleaned the throttle body. The intake chamber was clean as a whistle. All the vacume hoses and air tubes seem to be ok. No codes. Still misses at idle, but good power at speeds.
I read a post about gunked up fuel injectors. Could the year without running have done this to my injectors? Or is something else suspect? Thanks. JD
