front right wheel locking up under hard braking... 200 1984

no abs, solid rotors, master cylinder replaced a year ago. under moderate braking you can feel a slight pull to the right, and under heavy braking the front right tire will lock up. this is really bad when its wet. would this be a caliper, brake line, or suspension bushing?
