My 740 GLE has 358k Kilometers. Should I be bothering with Mobil1 at this late date?

If so, which would you recommend? I've seen a new 10W30 out for higher mileage.

My only reservation would be leaks, as I've heard that the molecules of synthetics are smaller than Dino oils.
