Sliding or swaying effect when turning at high speeds 200 1988

Hi,

My 88 240 with 197k is starting to scare me. Upon driving over 60 mph, my car turns into a boat. The stearing is a little slow to respond...it feels if I am sliding when I need to turn slightly, or hit a bump, say that of an overpass. The last owner has upgraded the anti-sway bars fyi.

What's up? Any tips would be much appreciated.
