engine break in after rebuild please read!! 700 1989

I'm 16 years ols and I have just finished a total engin rebuild on a 1989 740 GL with a 4 cyln B230f engine. the car runs GREAT. are there any suggestions on the break in process? how many miles should i put on it for the break in?

any other suggestions/comments?
