14' vs. 15' wheels on a 240 sedan 200 1990

Hello everyone,
I recently acquired some nice 15" alloy wheels from an 86' 745. I wondered if anyone has ever put the 15" wheels on their 240? The alloy 15's look alot nicer than the stock 14" steels with the plastic covers. They ride much smoother and I tested them on the highway with the speedometer and mileage markers for accuracy. Right on 60mph at 1 mile in 60 seconds. Does anyone foresee any problems with this setup? I have 195 60R 15 tires on them (if memory serves correctly...) Thanks.
