'92 240 at times won't start 200 1992

Yesterday evening the '92 240 wouldn't start. When I tried turning over the engine, all the dummy lights on the dash would come on except the "check engine light." I waited for two minutes, and tried again-this time with success. This morning I started the car without any problems, and embarked on a 40 mile adventure. I only encountered problems after the third stop(and 34 miles), when once again the engine wouldn't turn over. I waited another few minutes, and the car did in fact start, with the "check engine" blinkering on and off. The car died, then it immeditaley restarted, though it was rather rough for the next two to three minutes. I will emunerate what has been done to the car in the past year:

major tune-up
new ecu
new fuel pumps/relay
new hot air door assembly
new o2 sensor
new exhasut system
new alternator
new battery
