Repalceing 240 doors

I think that I'm going to get the doors to repalced the dented and pealing doors on my otherwise pristine 1983 244 Turbo intercooled. I would like to hear some methods as to how I can remove these cars from a doner car and install them on mine. Should I use tires, jacks or something else to lift the door? Also, how many door do you think that I could haul in the back of my 245 at a time. I'm thinking probably two safely, but I really havent looked. Thanks again and happy bricking.
