Just did one last night, and several more a couple years back. Get an assistant to help hold the door and there's nothing to it. Disconnect the wires, pull the rubber sleeve out from the a-pillar, and pull the wires through. That's the part that'll make trouble if you don't do it before unbolting things. Once that's done remove one bolt from the top hinge and loosen the other one partway. Remove the bottom 2 bolts while your helper steadies the door, then (window rolled down) put your shoulder against the window frame to take the weight of the front of the door while your helper holds the back and take the remaining bolt out. Same thing for reinstalling, but tuck the wires in first. How many in a 245? Maybe all 4, but put cardboard between them.
