fixing rounded edge nut on brake line 120-130

My brake line needs to be tightened into the wheel cylinder more. Of course, the edges of the nut are slightly rounded. Is it possible/ advisable to perhaps file the edges of the nut a bit, to reduce the roundness?

I'd ask what's the proper size flare nut wrench to purchase, but the line doesn't appear to be stock. (9mm is too small, 10mm is too big)
