Fuse keeps blowing 700 1990

Hello,

I'm a dummy with cars, and worse yet with electrical. My #14 (power side mirrors, lighter, and radio) fuse in my 1990 744T blew 3 times today. The only thing in use was the radio. The last time it blew when I hit a bump. I recently (days) started using the lighter to charge my phone. I'm starting a 2500 mile trek tomorrow. I'd hate to be without the radio. I need help diagnosing and fixing this problem. Thank you good people.
