Fuse keeps blowing 700 1990

Might that fuse also drive the power antenna? Just for laughs, maybe try flipping the switch that disables the antenna when the radio is on.

Another possibility is the power mirror circuit - like maybe the wire to the control switch is grounding out inside the door somewhere. (I'm assuming the control switch is in the driver's door arm rest, I don't know. mine are manual.)
