Auto Transmission and A/C 900 1993

We just took our 1993 945T Wagon on a road trip all loaded up. When accelerating from a stop, the auto transmission shuddered at low speed while in first gear. Any thoughts on what's causing this?

Also, whenever the a/c cycles it causes a tweaking type noise. Any thoughts on a remedy?
